What You'll Do

As a Brand Strategy Manager, you’ll lead strategic initiatives that define, position, and evolve B2B and tech-forward brands. Working closely with cross-functional teams and clients, you’ll translate insight into action — shaping strategies that drive relevance, differentiation, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead end-to-end brand strategies across industries, with a strong B2B focus.
  • Conduct research, audience analysis, competitive mapping, and market positioning exercises.
  • Work closely with creative, marketing, and tech teams to bring strategy to life across touchpoints.
  • Guide and mentor junior strategists, creatives, and client teams.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and present strategic recommendations confidently.
  • Craft compelling presentations, brand frameworks, and messaging systems.
  • Collaborate on naming, voice, tone, and brand architecture exercises.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track project/client engagement.
  • Ensure strategies are aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in brand strategy or strategic marketing.
  • Graduate in Business Management or related field.
  • Strong grasp of branding and marketing fundamentals (especially in B2B).
  • Ability to think holistically across strategy, design, and digital experiences.
  • Confident presenter and communicator — both internally and with clients.
  • Comfortable leading teams and owning client relationships.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools, design tools (like Figma/Canva), and structured brand presentations.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
